Our jewelry has a warranty of 12 months with proof of purchase. Please remember, to receive a replacement you will have to return the faulty item in full.
Important: We do not send replacements/refunds for lost or stolen items.

Do you accept international orders?

At the moment, Cleopatra ships all over the European Union as well as Serbia. We are working hard on expanding the list of countries we deliver to.

Cleopatra accepts Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal as methods of payment. During the payment process, you will select the appropriate card and fill in the required details.

What is the expected delivery time?

What is your return policy?

We are happy to accept returns of unwanted items (earrings are excluded for hygiene reasons) within 28 days of purchase.
The items must be returned unworn and in their original packaging with proof of purchase.
